What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept direct bank transfer (EFT) — you’ll see our banking details at checkout, and your order is processed once payment is confirmed. Card payments are coming soon.
How does delivery work?
We ship nationwide across South Africa via courier, with rates calculated automatically at checkout based on your order. In-person collection is also available in select areas — this will be shown as an option at checkout if it applies to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within South Africa only.
What’s your return and refund policy?
You can read our full policy on the Refund and Returns Policy page. If anything about your order isn’t right, reach out to us at biathebody@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.
Can I commission a custom piece of art?
Yes! Commissioned paintings are available by size, from A5 to A1, with framing available at an additional cost. Get in touch via our Contact page to start a commission request.
How do I become an approved creator/vendor on the site?
Register your store via our Vendor Registration page. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll get your own store dashboard to manage and sell your own products or services as part of the movement.
